Chefs and Cooks Circle

The Chefs and Cooks Circle is a highly influential organisation, respected throughout the catering industry for its expertise and professionalism. Established in 1948, it is the oldest British chefs association, dedicated to the achievement of professional culinary excellence throughout the UK catering industry.

Our members are spread throughout the country in hotels, restaurants, contract catering, colleges and the Armed Services. We also enjoy contact with membership in Canada, South Africa, Australia, Germany, Singapore and France - in fact most countries around the world!

2005 was an historic time for the Chefs and Cooks Circle. It was joined by the Midlands Association of Chefs to form a new, overarching association called the British Culinary Federation. It was a great step forward for our members. Joining together has ensured that we face the future with strength and confidence.

All chefs who choose to join the Chefs and Cooks Circle will automatically become members of the British Culinary Federation and The World Association of Chefs Societies.
